Mondconsult is founded on 30+ years of experience in wood, concrete and steel construction in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors around the world.
With a rich background in Structural Engineering at the core of our business, Mondconsult draws upon experience gained on the world stage. We started in Romania focusing on a variety of residential and industrial projects, as well as underground construction of the Bucharest subway. Later, in Israel, we worked on large design and restoration projects. We bring to Canada extensive experience in low and high-rise residential projects, as well as new builds and restorations. This breadth of experiences equips us to undertake the intricacies of a variety of developments.
Our specialty lies in our ability to bring financial and design solutions to any construction project. Ranging in size from $1 million to $100 million in value, we are known for our innovative approach to construction projects. Our expertise allows us to develop creative solutions to challenges identified in the planning process, thereby ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. From the project design and consultation to construction management services, we seek to listen and understand our clients’ goals, and then achieve them.
Since entering the construction business in Canada in 2000, we have been involved in the planning and construction of a variety of residential condominium, commercial and industrial projects in the Toronto and Greater Toronto Area of Ontario. Mondconsult has built and strengthened relationships with the area’s finest tradesmen and construction personnel and has seen our client base grow through glowing referrals from our satisfied clients.
