FOUNDER & CEO
Andrei Rodan, P.Eng
Andrei Rodan founded Mondconsult Limited in 2006, building on over 30 years of global experience in structural engineering and construction management. His career began in Romania in 1986, where he worked his way up gaining hands-on expertise across every stage of the building process. That early foundation shaped his deep understanding of materials, methods, and the realities of construction on three continents.
Andrei’s approach blends technical precision with practical leadership. His first Canadian project, the seven-storey Wilshire on Green condominium in Toronto, set the tone for a company that would go on to deliver high and low-rise residential, commercial, and industrial developments across Ontario.
Today, Mondconsult is recognized for its ability to deliver quality builds on time and within budget, thanks to Andrei’s commitment to integrity, collaboration, and smart, efficient design. The firm is also proudly licensed with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA), ensuring compliance and professionalism across every project.
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Victor Rodan
Victor is a solutions-focused project manager with a strong background in construction and structural engineering. He leads complex projects from budgeting and tendering through to completion and occupancy. Prior to Mondconsult, he worked with one of Ontario’s top structural engineering firms. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University.
